Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support to our clients in the APAC region, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior support agents or technical teams.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and providing insights to improve our products and services.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including tickets, emails, and phone calls.
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Business-fluent in spoken and written Japanese and English.
  • Experience in electronic and mechanical product servicing process with strong hands-on ability.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a technical or product-based industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
