SAP EWM/ MM Analyst

Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and technically astute eWM/MM Analyst to support technical warehouse processes, user engagement and activities/projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP eWM in an on-site warehouse environment and a proven ability to independently learn, master and own new systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary regional technical process owner for all SAP EWM activities and projects.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to test and deploy SAP EWM updates, and enhancements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for SAP EWM super-users on site in the warehouse, providing hands-on support, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to ensure smooth execution of inbound, outbound, and inventory management functions.
  • Install, monitor and support paper and label printers in SAP.
  • Monitor and support integration and automation such as put-to-light-system, conveyor and Kardex.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
  • Monitor and resolve IDocs and RFCs issues.
  • Set up new labels and forms in Adobe LifeCycle
  • Set up and support SAP outputs/PPFs processing.
  • Support shipping software embedded 3rd party solutions in eWM used to generate carrier labels.
  • Provide super-user training, develop documentation, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to improve system adoption.
  • Support maintenance of SAP material master data relevant to EWM/MM.
  • Act as first point of contact for SAP MM / SCM super-users.
  • Work with global counterparts and external vendors on process adaptations.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 End-to-End implementations.

Experience working in a US retailer is a plus.

  • At least 4 years of SAP WM/EWM experience. Extended knowledge of SAP MM/SCM preferred.
  • Essential practical experience with SAP S/4HANA (or ECC) and SAP eWM, specifically:
  • Understand eWM configuration and how it relates to warehouse processing.
  • Proven ability to work in warehouse environment directly with business users.
  • Ability to document key processes/SOPs and future design recommendations.
  • SAP EWM Decentralized version experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent on-the-job experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with 3rd party shipping solutions (ShipERP, Paccurate or similar) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Seeberger and/or SAP Integration Suite is a plus.
  • Experience working in a global SAP environment.
  • Experience in a retail and e-commerce environment
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment is a plus.
  • Hands on experience working in a warehouse setting.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Possesses a strong entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on value creation.
  • Adept at optimizing internal operations and enhancing process efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of Excel, ability to run reports and utilize Excel to provide insights.

Compensation

Range: $95,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year contingent upon experience. This role is required to be primarily on-site to support main warehouse location. About Zwilling For over 292 years, ZWILLING J.A.
