Principal Business ConsultantPosition Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end business consulting on Maconomy implementations, upgrades, and cloud migration projects
- Act as functional lead / SME across one or more Maconomy domains (Finance, Projects, Billing, Resource Planning, Time & Expense, CRM, etc.)
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions with senior customer stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into pragmatic, standard‑first Maconomy solutions
- Provide solution guidance and quality assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Support project managers with scope clarification, estimates, risks, and change discussions
- Mentor and coach senior and mid‑level consultants
- Contribute to pre‑sales activities, including solution input, scoping, and customer presentations
- Build long‑term trusted relationships with enterprise customers
Work Location
Sweden (Remote), Sweden-StockholmQualifications
- Extensive hands‑on experience as a Maconomy Business Consultant
- Proven delivery experience on complex, enterprise‑scale Maconomy projects
- Strong functional expertise in one or more areas:
- Finance & Controlling
- Project Costing & Billing
- Time & Expense
- Resource Planning (People Planner)
- Multi‑company / intercompany setups
- Experience working with senior customer stakeholders (Finance Directors, CIOs, Project Directors)
- Strong understanding of professional services business processes
- Ability to lead workshops, challenge assumptions, and guide customers toward best practice
- Excellent communication skills in English (Nordic language is a strong advantage)
- Comfortable working in a hybrid, international delivery environment
