If this sounds like a future you?d like to be a part of, read on We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position would be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to homecare patients. Responsibilities

• Supports organization?s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers
• Assesses and evaluates the needs of patients with multiple disease processes and co morbidities and develops an appropriate plan of care
• Documents all changes in patient?s condition and updates care plans and outcomes
• Identifies teaching needs and plans appropriate strategies for individuals and families
• Monitors quality and appropriateness of services provided
• Establishes and maintains professional working relationship with health care providers and other members of the disciplinary teams in providing patient and family care
• Adheres to agency infection control and safety policies
• Adheres to the organization?s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance
• Omission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this position

Qualifications

• RN with Bachelor?s degree in Nursing preferred
• 1+ year of supervised clinical experience as a registered nurse
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Car and valid driver?s license
