You'll be responsible for client upgrades and annual renewals, ensuring that we capture and retain revenue at the most critical phases of the customer journey. This is a fully remote role based out of the United States, working to CST.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers before renewal to ensure customer retention and growth opportunities
  • Deeply understanding and communicating product features, product positioning, and the value proposition for customers
  • Performing live demos of new features and creating sharable recordings to showcase the benefits of our platform
  • Communicating product updates, enhancements, and industry insights to clients to keep them informed and up-to-date
  • Finding customers that show signs of growth opportunity and converting upgrades to drive revenue growth
  • Providing customer support where needed to overcome objections for renewals and upgrades
  • Introducing customers to our referral program and building customer advocates to drive word-of-mouth marketing
  • Assisting with inbound support channels to ensure seamless customer support

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of renewal experience with a track record of 100% or higher net retention
  • Experience with nurturing a pipeline of upgrades with current clients without sacrificing relationships
  • Salesforce experience to manage customer interactions and data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills to overcome objections and find creative solutions
  • Passion for customer success and a drive to deliver exceptional value to our clients

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the construction or labor management industry

  • Knowledge of workforce management software and its applications
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management
  • Certification in customer success or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting to drive business decisions
