Job Summary
As a Data Entry Clerk I at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data entry processes. You'll be responsible for inputting complete and accurate data into our label copy system, editing and maintaining data as needed, and coordinating with other team members to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities
* Input complete and accurate data into our label copy system, including editing and maintaining data as needed
- Ensure timely processing of deliverables utilizing various distribution systems
- Coordinate with other team members regarding source materials and assets
- Operate data entry device; keyboard: entering both alpha and numeric data
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work
- Verify data and prepare materials for reporting
- Learn new data systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in label copy or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in the music industry, preferably in production, copyright, royalties, business affairs, or a related area
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or computer science)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
- Certification in data entry or a related field
