About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded throughout the lifespan of their projects. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities while maintaining a positive outlook and exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and guidelines
  • Booking appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
  • Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring that all customer interactions are friendly, respectful, and informative
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
  • Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner
  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, ensuring that customer experiences are consistently exceptional
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, particularly in the home improvement industry
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment
