About Our Team

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our sales and implementation teams to develop and execute account strategies that meet the unique needs and goals of our customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving customer adoption and retention, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and customer advocate, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement individualized customer success plans and strategies. Your primary focus will be on developing meaningful partnerships with our customers, ensuring their health, goals, and objectives are met, and business value is realized. You'll be responsible for:

  • Working closely with administrators, faculty, and students of our partnership accounts to learn and discover their needs/goals
  • Translating the needs/goals of key stakeholders into a Customer Success plan
  • Organizing, documenting, and refining customer data throughout the partnership
  • Managing and taking point on issues, as the customer advocate
  • Using teaching skills that support customer onboarding plans
  • Conducting training with elevated customer product value-driven conversations
  • Providing customers with high-level service and developing innovative solutions to meet customers' business needs

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior customer success experience, preferably in the healthcare or education sector
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong relational intelligence and strategic thinking ability, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • A team player with a demonstrated high level of collaboration and a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams
  • A strategic problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • A passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support
