Job Description

As a Manager, Customer Engagement Strategy and Operations - Manufacturing/TMT, you will be a key member of our Industry Workflows organization, working closely with the VP & GM to develop and execute customer engagement strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our approach to customer engagement, ensuring seamless coordination across product, sales, and field teams, and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate customer and internal engagement logistics for the GM of TMT & Manufacturing, ensuring smooth execution of customer meetings and events

  • Drive prioritization of customers and partners the GM should engage with, optimizing the end-to-end process for GM engagement with customers
  • Attend all customer meetings, capture major takeaways, maintain milestones, track, assign, and drive the delivery of clear action items on behalf of the GM
  • Support cross-functional coordination to ensure clear communication and follow-through, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed
  • Develop key metrics and capture and study data to continuously improve the impact of customer engagement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Guide, organize, and manage executive-level special projects to explore and implement changes in customer engagement across the organization
  • Contribute to documentation and streamlining of customer engagement best practices, ensuring that knowledge and expertise are shared across the organization
  • Establish a deep understanding of all of arenaflex's product offerings in Industry Workflows and throughout the arenaflex product portfolio, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, strategic direction, or problem-solving, with a strong understanding of the potential impact of AI on business operations
  • A minimum of 6 years of work experience in an operational or project coordination role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an action orientation and strong drive, with a focus on delivering results and achieving goals
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and disciplined execution skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Executive presence; excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies in a clear and concise manner
  • Sharp business judgment, ability to see the "big picture" and to prioritize quickly, with a focus on delivering results and achieving goals
  • Passion for and demonstrated success in understanding and fulfilling internal or external customer needs, with a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Strong ability to manage tasks, timelines, and follow through across stakeholders, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and achieving goals
  • Experience working with or supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, with a strong understanding of the importance of effective communication and collaboration
