Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. If you're passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences, have excellent communication skills, and are fluent in French, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
As a Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing quality professional customer service through the handling of inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails for various inquiries, including:
+ Placing orders and tracking shipments + Checking account or certificate balances or account transactions + Handling returns, damage, or defective claims, or lost shipments + Communicating program rules and program information to customers + Providing product and rules clarification + Navigating customers through basic website technical support + Resolving problems through online research
- Maintaining customer relationships and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Effectively communicating with customers, co-workers, and management
- High accountability for providing excellent customer service
- Providing professional and accurate support to both internal and external customers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma
- Fluency in French (Canadian dialect)
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Call center/customer service experience is a plus
- Strong computer navigation skills, with the ability to manage multiple screens simultaneously
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/communication channels simultaneously
- Strong desire to help others
- Ability to research and resolve issues that arise
- Strong initiative to excel and provide memorable customer service
- Self-motivation in a remote work environment with high volume and productivity requirements

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate range of $21.00 to $24.00, with the final hourly rate and offer determined by the applicant's background, experience, and skills. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
