Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Retention Shop Executive, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring smooth shop operations during official hours
  • Upgrading, screening, and allocating retention customers while providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Updating customer interactions on Freshdesk
  • Processing sales within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues related to customer retention products
  • Conducting proper Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures before completing and selling
  • Managing stock availability by placing orders for phones with low stock levels
  • Ensuring stock is well-arranged at the shop
  • Managing stock quantities in the channel

Training and Development

* Attending all scheduled training sessions

  • Completing monthly quizzes to enhance knowledge and skills

Look and Feel

* Assisting with daily cleaning of surfaces, cabinets, and customer support desks

  • Adhering to the company's dress code

Requirements – Experience, Education, Competencies

* At least 1 year of experience in Telesales, Sales Support, preferably in a phone-selling company

  • Computer literacy
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is an added advantage
  • College diploma or degree in any field
  • Strong analytical and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams
  • Excellent sales upselling skills
