Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist BtoC, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, who benefit from our products, including Swile. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing solutions to complex customer inquiries via traditional channels, such as phone, messaging, email, and across all Swile products
  • Ensuring a seamless user experience by acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams
  • Participating in continuous process and product improvement by sharing your ideas and insights
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

What to Expect in the First Three Months

During your onboarding period, you can expect:

  • Theoretical training on all Swile products, delivered in a progressive manner
  • Practical training on Level 1 tickets (Braga)
  • Acculturation to your role, team, tools, and Swile products
  • Quality support and guidance

What to Expect in the Next Three Months

As you progress in your role, you can expect:

  • Progressive skill development, supported by specific KPIs
  • Handling only Level 2 tickets
  • Autonomy in resolving customer issues
  • Identifying the right internal stakeholders
  • Seamless integration into the team

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to propose solutions
  • Curiosity, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A minimum written understanding of English
  • A passion for working in a team and finding creative solutions to everyday challenges

  • Two Swilers for a live business case and discussion (1.5 hours)
  • A final round with Kévin, our Director of the pole
