Your Role As our new Customer Care Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients via email and phone. You will be responsible for: * Listening to and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner * Collaborating with colleagues to develop solutions and best practices * Processing customer requests, including cancellations, refunds, and contract changes * Maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams * Identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process enhancements * Working closely with our marketing and communication specialists to ensure a cohesive customer experience Your Background To succeed in this role, you will need: * A strong interest in the German energy market and a passion for sustainability * Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a B2C environment, with a focus on telephone and email support * Proficiency in CRM systems and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues * A proactive and flexible approach, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages Additional Information If you're ready to join a dynamic team of innovators and make a real difference in the energy market, we want to hear from you!
