Key Responsibilities:

As a Work From Home Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participating in market research surveys, providing valuable insights and feedback to help us improve our products and services
  • Maintaining a stable and secure internet connection, as well as a reliable computer or laptop, to ensure seamless data entry and communication
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards, while also maintaining a high level of focus and concentration in a remote work environment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to:

  • Have a stable internet connection and a reliable computer or laptop
  • Be able to type accurately with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Be able to focus on tasks without being distracted, and maintain a high level of productivity and quality
  • Be a resident of the US
  • Be comfortable with emailing clients as needed, and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or market research
