Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Assistant / Typist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of arenaflex's financial data. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Coding and entering data into a computer system or database via a monitor or keyboard
• Correcting and updating database(s) to ensure data consistency and accuracy
• Verifying the accuracy of data entered to prevent errors and discrepancies
• Generating routine computer reports and/or printouts as required
• Performing related clerical duties, such as data management and record-keeping
• Assisting with other tasks and projects as assigned or requested by the Accounting & Finance team

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 6-12 months of experience in data entry or a related field
• Strong general office skills, including keyboard proficiency and basic computer literacy
