As a key member of our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to work at the Texas Motor Speedway, assisting customers in purchasing and upgrading their racing experiences right at the track. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately processing sales through a Point of Sale system and credit card terminals with precision, while following company policies and procedures.
  • Selling apparel in the trackside souvenir stand, helping our customers find the perfect racing gear to commemorate their experience.
  • Completing the check-in process with our customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
  • Taking guest photos, capturing the excitement and joy of our customers as they experience the thrill of racing.
  • Supporting opening and closing functions when needed, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Providing excellent customer service by anticipating customer needs and exceeding their expectations.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications, including Point of Sale systems and credit card terminals.
  • Ability to work weekdays and weekends, including flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our events.
  • Physical stamina to remain upright on your feet for sustained periods of time, with the ability to move quickly and efficiently around the track.
  • A minimum age of 16 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience, particularly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the racing industry and NASCAR, with a passion for the sport.
  • Experience working with Point of Sale systems and credit card terminals.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with frequent standing and walking required.

Texas Event Dates

We're hosting several events at the Texas Motor Speedway, and we're looking for Customer Engagement Representatives to join our team. The following dates are available:

  • August 2nd
  • October 4th
  • November 1st and 22nd
