What You Will Be Doing
As an Overnight Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions with empathy and efficiency. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. This may include support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
