About the Role

As a German Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries from customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to maintain high customer satisfaction levels, while also ensuring accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Fluency in German language (C1-C2 level)

  • Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an asset
  • Tech savvy with proficiency in using various software applications and tools
  • Proficient English Skills (Oral & Written)
  • Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking, and passionately communicative
