The Role

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their goals on Amazon. You'll work closely with our Retail and Seller Services teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Developing and executing plans to enhance business performance and customer experience
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and address key business challenges
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key merchant partners
  • Providing thought leadership and guidance on business development and growth strategies
  • Analyzing and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Developing and executing plans to improve business performance and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

* Support the development and implementation of business strategies that drive growth and improve customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with Retail Group to oversee merchant relationships and support seller needs on Amazon
  • Build and maintain strong communication channels with all levels of stakeholders
  • Develop and execute on essential record plans that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Work with internal Amazon groups and sellers to improve functional aspects of their business and provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Lead deep dive analysis on issues affecting merchants and develop proposals and action plans to improve seller experience
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on business development and growth strategies
  • Establish long-term relationships with key merchant partners
  • Support the launch of new projects, classes, and features
  • Lead weekly and monthly business reviews with sellers, highlighting business metric performance and building action plans
  • Metric influencing - analyze data and make informed estimates to drive business growth

We're Looking for Someone with:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

  • A bachelor's degree in any field (a degree in business or a related field is preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in seller management, sales, post-sales, account management, or business development in managing B2B businesses
  • Strong presentation skills, ability to offer perspectives consistently and concisely
  • Proven attention to detail, highly consultative, and solutions-focused
  • Data analysis skills - ability to collect, clean, interpret, challenge, and question data and provide solutions
  • Impacting skills - metric influencing: ability to understand a metric and make informed estimates
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment with full control and accountability of achieving business goals
  • Ability to develop unique ideas, approaches, and solutions for average, surprising, or tough spots or issues
  • Ability to work in teams and focus on delivering results with high standards

Nice to Have:

* Experience in retail purchasing, retail planning, and portion, product/project management, marketing, or e-commerce

  • Understanding of and enthusiasm for e-commerce
  • Advanced analytical skills
