As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working closely with customers to resolve their concerns, schedule appointments, and provide personalized support.What You'll Be Doing
As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Answering inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for each caller.
- Determining the customer's concerns and scheduling the necessary appointment to meet their needs.
- Communicating with customers in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and heard, building trust and loyalty.
- Documenting and updating customer records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Establishing and maintaining great customer relationships, fostering a sense of community and connection.
- Working collaboratively as a team player, upholding arenaflex's standards of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- A positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficient computer skills, capable of managing multiple systems and typing 40+ wpm.
- The ability to help solve customer problems, think critically, and make sound decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks to work smart and efficiently.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, and be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS, but not required.
- Be located in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or Iowa.
