Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing timely and accurate resolutions to their concerns

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues, including sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on new features, updates, and releases
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions, update customer records, and analyze customer behavior
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring a high level of customer loyalty and retention
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements, best practices, and knowledge base articles to enhance customer service operations

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid/remote environment, with regular video conferencing and collaboration with team members
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration, empathy, and customer-centricity

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer service, sales, or account management

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
