Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective sales strategies
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in the market

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools and technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a remote sales environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in sales or a related field (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau)
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and developments
