Job Summary

As a Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and networking

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective issue resolution, proactive communication, and personalized support
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, as well as other key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by management

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role at a software or technology company

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies, such as SPIN or Challenger
  • Certification in sales, such as CSO or CSE
  • Experience with sales automation tools, such as SalesLoft or Outreach
  • Strong understanding of the customer journey and customer experience principles
