Job Summary

As a Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our customers. You'll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is a remote opportunity, so you'll need to be self-motivated and able to work independently, but also be a team player who's comfortable collaborating with colleagues across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify new sales opportunities and develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications

* Experience working in a remote sales environment

  • Strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activity
  • Experience with sales automation tools and software
  • Certification in sales or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
