Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Customer Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll work closely with our sales and customer success teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, research, and networking

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Meet and exceed sales performance metrics, including sales targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools and technologies
