Experienced Customer Success Analyst – Insurance Industry Expertise

What You'll Do:

As a Customer Success Analyst at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of our software tools and platforms, including BSwift, to effectively configure and troubleshoot customer websites and applications.
  • Collaborating with senior analysts and other stakeholders to quality check and ensure the proper functioning of software tools and applications.
  • Providing routine direct daily support to assigned customers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Learning and staying up-to-date on health and benefits products, services, and tools to effectively configure and test software tools.
  • Committing to assist with achieving or exceeding internal and external performance standards, including participating in customer meetings and adhering to department guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Determining a course of personal and professional development to enhance your skills and expertise in the insurance industry.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management team.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Minimum Education Required:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

Proficient with MS Office Suite:

You should be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Experience working with database applications:

You should have experience working with database applications, including data analysis and reporting.

Exceptional telephone demeanor:

You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.

BSwift Experience:

You should have experience working with BSwift, including configuring and troubleshooting customer websites and applications.

Strong interpersonal skills:

You should be able to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

Attention to detail:

You should possess a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to adhere to high standards for customer-facing work product.

Ability to maintain confidentiality:

You should be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

1-2 years of experience in an office environment:

You should have 1-2 years of experience working in an office environment, preferably in the insurance, human resources, or financial sector.

Industry knowledge:

You should have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, including health and benefits products, services, and tools.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is $26.44 - $31.25 hourly, based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role, taking into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
