Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack customer service representative to join our remote call center team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues efficiently, and driving customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure that their concerns are addressed in a prompt, respectful, and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer service calls, emails, and chats in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that service issues and concerns are treated in a respectful and professional manner.

  • Effectively respond to routine issues regarding residential and commercial service matters, which may involve outbound calls and other communications to resolve service inquiries and equipment issues.
  • Return all internal and external calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner to ensure that customers' concerns are understood, addressed, and resolved in an efficient and complete manner.
  • Enter service data into computer systems and log information about customer service interactions into systems, updating information in a timely and accurate manner to track service inquiries and resolution.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

Qualifications

* 1 year recent customer service or call center experience

  • Experience using bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, in a business environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote call center environment

  • Knowledge of waste management and recycling services
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
