Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients, with a strong understanding of their needs and preferences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation, with a proven track record of success in these areas
