The Role

As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via emails, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
  • Processing account seizures (e.g., freezes, wage garnishments) in a timely and compliant manner, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Providing information on loan terms, account details, and legal matters, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial services and regulations
  • Managing tickets and workflows using Zendesk and Jira, ensuring efficient issue resolution and effective collaboration with internal teams
  • Maintaining clear and structured case documentation, adhering to company standards and best practices
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution, leveraging your analytical and research skills to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Meeting team KPIs, demonstrating a strong commitment to performance and customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, embracing new tools and processes to enhance customer experiences and improve operational efficiency
  • Securingly working with customers' sensitive information, adhering to data privacy standards and company policies
  • Applying the latest and greatest customer happiness practices, continuously improving customer satisfaction and loyalty

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent English and German skills (C1 for both spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in a financial services or regulated environment
  • A solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy standards, with the ability to apply these principles in a customer support context
  • Proficiency in using Zendesk and Jira, with experience in managing tickets and workflows
  • Analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability when handling sensitive or legal information
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with a commitment to customer satisfaction and team collaboration
  • A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

A Great Plus

While not essential, experience with Confluence and a background working in regulated environments would be a significant advantage in this role.
