Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the delivery of operational service for our strategic customers, ensuring seamless service excellence and driving customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer success strategies, identify and mitigate risks, and drive growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end delivery of operational service for strategic customers, ensuring seamless service excellence and driving customer satisfaction

  • Develop and execute customer success strategies, including account planning, risk management, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Identify and mitigate risks, including customer churn, revenue loss, and reputational damage
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in a service company
  • ITIL qualifications and experience are preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools and technologies
