The Role

As a Finnish Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our Finnish-speaking customers via phone and email. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, meet service quality goals, and build strong relationships with our customers. Your exceptional communication skills, analytical mind, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to navigate complex customer issues and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service via phone and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Meet service quality goals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized solutions
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer feedback to provide informed solutions and recommendations
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Native or proficient level of Finnish (C2)

  • Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a logical approach to resolving customer issues
  • Desire to learn and advance, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • High-speed internet access and appropriate conditions for remote work
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
