Job Summary

As a Receptionist & Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and scheduling appointments using our House Call Pro CRM system. You'll also be responsible for managing social media inquiries, responding to online customer questions, and maintaining organized customer records and appointment scheduling. If you're a highly organized, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from potential and existing customers in a professional and courteous manner

  • Respond to customer questions about carpet cleaning processes and services, providing clear and concise information
  • Schedule appointments using House Call Pro CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling
  • Filter and manage spam calls effectively, minimizing disruptions to our clients
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers after appointments to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
  • Handle social media inquiries and respond to online customer questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage social media posts and customer engagement on social platforms, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our clients
  • Perform daily administrative and operational tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Convert leads into scheduled appointments and new customers, utilizing your sales skills and knowledge of our services
  • Maintain organized customer records and appointment scheduling, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information

Requirements

* Strong English communication skills with clear speaking ability, both written and verbal

  • Experience in customer service or receptionist roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, with House Call Pro experience preferred
  • Ability to handle inbound sales conversations effectively, utilizing your sales skills and knowledge of our services
  • Basic social media management capabilities, including creating and scheduling posts and engaging with customers
  • Professional phone manner and customer-facing experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, prioritizing your workload and meeting deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and professional development
