Job Summary

As a Tagalog-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and ensuring seamless communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers. You will be responsible for providing empathetic and culturally sensitive support to patients and their families, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. - Provide accurate and empathetic information about arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures. - Collaborate with healthcare providers, nurses, and other staff members to resolve patient issues and concerns. - Utilize effective communication skills to de-escalate conflicts and resolve issues in a patient-centered manner. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including communication history and issue resolution. - Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills in customer service, cultural competence, and healthcare navigation. - Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives. - Adhere to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and standards of care.

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. - 2+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field. - Fluency in Tagalog and English, both written and spoken. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMRs). - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
