We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our remote team in Tempe, AZ. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a remote or call center environment. - Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction ratings. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. - Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and customer service tools.
