Key Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for providing virtual customer service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
  • Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
  • Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Basic computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Strong customer service and written skills
  • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with multiple systems, programs, and screens
  • Strong typing skills and ability to work efficiently

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income, with pay structures varying depending on the program and opportunity. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll need to:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation
  • Pass a background and credit check (with a $45 processing fee paid directly to our vendor)
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be clearly outlined in the program details.

Availability

As an arenaflex Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, working in 30-minute blocks. You'll be able to dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients, with the potential to earn higher income as you take on more opportunities.
