Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced IVR Chatbot Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis with a major financial client. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing multichannel self-service solutions using Genesys Cloud CX. With a strong background in application development and a passion for innovative technology, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of customer experience management.

Key Responsibilities

As an IVR Chatbot Developer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing multichannel self-service solutions using Genesys Cloud CX
  • Developing Voice and Non-Voice (SMS, Email, Chat, Voice Bot, etc.) applications using Genesys Cloud CX Architect
  • Ensuring thorough understanding of Genesys Framework and Integration with internal and external components
  • Delivering Self-Service and Analytics solutions enabled with speech-based interfaces and dynamic menu based on customer treatment strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of customer experience management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of application development experience implementing multichannel self-service/IVR and Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing on Genesys Cloud CX
  • Functional and hands-on experience on development on Voice and Non-Voice (SMS, Email, Chat, Voice Bot, etc.) applications solutioning using Genesys Cloud CX Architect
  • Thorough understanding of Genesys Framework, Integration with internal and external components
  • Delivery credentials for Self-Service and Analytics solutions enabled with speech-based interfaces and dynamic menu based on customer treatment strategies
  • Genesys Cloud CX certified professional in one or more focused solution area (Inbound, Outbound, Multi-channel, Desktop, Integration, Recording, Reporting, etc.)

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • Strong understanding of Genesys Cloud CX and its various components
  • Experience with application development using Genesys Cloud CX Architect
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools
  • Strong understanding of customer experience management principles and best practices
