What You Will Do:

As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via emails and chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
  • Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, fostering a sense of trust and loyalty
  • Meeting team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations
  • Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, leveraging your knowledge to provide innovative solutions and recommendations to customers
  • Securingly working with customers' sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies and procedures
  • Applying the latest and greatest customer happiness practices, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers
  • Maintaining working knowledge of arenaflex's client products and services, providing expert guidance and support to customers

What You Need to Succeed in This Role:

To excel as a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent Ukrainian language skills and English B2 proficiency
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer or technical support roles within the fintech industry
  • Personal or professional experience with trading, investments, or crypto, providing a unique understanding of the fintech landscape
  • Experience with CRM systems, enabling you to effectively manage customer interactions and data
  • Analytical and research skills, allowing you to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
  • A positive and responsible attitude, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

Will Be a Great Plus:

While not required, the following skills and experiences will be highly valued:

  • Familiarity with KYC & AML procedures, transaction monitoring, or crypto compliance, providing a deeper understanding of the fintech regulatory environment
  • Experience working with arenaflex's clients, enabling you to quickly adapt to their products and services
