Key Responsibilities

As a virtual customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
  • Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions

Application and Certification Process

  • Pass a background and credit check (with a $45 processing fee paid directly to our vendor)
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Availability
