Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our union members by providing them with accurate and timely information about their benefits. You'll work directly with clients who have requested benefits information, helping them understand their options and guiding them through the enrollment process. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients to provide them with accurate and timely information about their benefits
- Setting virtual appointments and conducting benefits presentations to educate clients about available programs and coverage options
- Completing applications and documentation with accuracy to ensure that clients receive the benefits they're eligible for
- Maintaining high-quality service standards and client records to ensure that clients receive exceptional service and support
- Participating in leadership training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
What We’re Looking For
We're looking for talented individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and support to our union members. If you have:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- A positive, energetic attitude and professional demeanor to provide a high level of service to our clients
- Strong customer service or sales background (preferred, not required) to effectively communicate with clients and meet their needs
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work in a digital environment to effectively use our systems and tools
- A team player mentality to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization to achieve our goals
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
