Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our brand, providing top-notch customer support through phone, email, online chat, or social media. You'll be responsible for resolving customer questions and concerns, maintaining and updating customer information, and escalating issues to supervisors when necessary. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, gaining valuable experience and skills in customer service, data entry, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, online chat, or social media, resolving customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary
  • Escalate calls to supervisors when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations
  • Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues
  • Upsell to customers as necessary, promoting additional products or services that meet their needs

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Phone-related customer service a major plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
  • Bilingual language skills a plus
