The Role
As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in servicing a portfolio of personal lines home and auto business placed through multiple insurance companies, including national carriers and standard market insurers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Processing policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals with speed and accuracy
* Maintaining and updating coverage summaries, preparing binders, and ensuring the accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery
* Assisting with account rounding by making recommendations to current clients to update and enhance their policies
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in personal lines policies (home and auto)
* An active Florida 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex insurance products and policies
* Proficiency in insurance software and systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
