Key Responsibilities

As a successful Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and teammates through phone, email, and chat support.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and teammates to drive sales and growth.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive outreach and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
