Job Description

The College Division of arenaflex is seeking a Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support our operations. This role is vital to our success, as it plays a critical part in managing leads generated from various events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering lead data into our system in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

As a Temporary Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Entering lead data within 5 working days of receiving a lead form
• Ensuring all data is entered accurately and efficiently
• Collaborating with the University Relations team to manage the flow of lead data
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Meeting deadlines and working independently
• Utilizing strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Accessing a computer and utilizing relevant software

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Previous data entry experience is preferred but not required
• Access to a computer
