We're seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Remote Customer Service team. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Managing time and tasks effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex products and services

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • A high level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • A high level of professionalism, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality
  • Self-motivation and a drive for success, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
  • Comfort working from home, with a dedicated and secure workspace
  • A minimum of 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, or CRM systems, is highly valued. Spanish Bilingual skills are also a plus.
