Responsibilities

As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Actively listening to and asking questions to identify customer needs
  • Advising on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
  • Processing new and/or amended enrollments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, exceeding customer expectations and building strong relationships
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve routine problems and questions regarding client products and services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • An active Personal Lines resident license, with the ability to sell insurance products
  • A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, with a willingness to adapt to changing systems and processes
  • A passion for helping others, with a patient and empathetic nature
  • The ability to pass a background check, with a valid U.S. address for residence
  • Residency in the United States, with a valid U.S. address for residence

Nice-to-haves

While not required, we encourage candidates with the following skills to apply:

  • Bilingual in Spanish, with a higher pay rate available for those who can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
