Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a range of critical tasks, including:

  • Accurately entering data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Processing data work between account managers and clients, maintaining confidentiality and security
  • Verifying data accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors in data entry
  • Ensuring data integrity by performing regular checks and audits
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data
  • Working with a dedicated team to ensure timely data entry and support
  • Performing other related duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other software programs
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative support
  • Familiarity with Calendly and other software programs
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
