Experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity

Responsibilities:

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Making outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess for high-risk or other healthcare appointments, and provide welcome calls to assist with benefits and insurance information.
• Conducting surveys to gather feedback and improve patient experiences.
• Utilizing your excellent communication skills to provide clear and concise information to patients, patient representatives, providers, pharmacies, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrating a passion for helping patients make informed decisions that enhance their healthcare experience.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve patient concerns and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications:

To be eligible for this position, you must have:

• A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required, verified during the background check process.
• Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to care and show compassion.
• A minimum internet download speed of 100Mbps and upload speed of 20Mbps.

Compensation and Benefits:

• A wage of $30.00 per hour.
