Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Chat Support Representative to join our remote team in San Jose, CA. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a chat support or call center environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. - Proficiency in live chat platforms and software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
