Your Role
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for answering incoming communications, conducting research to resolve customer issues, and providing compassionate and empathetic support. Your role will be to make a positive impact on people's lives, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues
- Provide compassionate and empathetic support to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
Requirements
* 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- USB wired headset (recommended) or a compatible headset
- Smartphone or tablet with IOS or Android operating system
