Your Role in arenaflex's Success

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, handling incoming communications, and resolving issues with compassion and empathy. You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our values of humanity, innovation, and customer-centricity. Your passion for helping others, combined with your language skills and product knowledge, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming communications from customers in Spanish and English

  • Conduct research to provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Utilize computer systems and software to manage customer interactions and data
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

What You Bring to the Role

* 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a bilingual environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15mbps) may be required for some programs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
